1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using lovesanandres.com, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book our services.

2. Bookings

You can book experiences directly on our site, where you'll find a calendar with availability for each activity.

• check_circleA booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive the digital voucher with the activity details.
• check_circleFor high-demand activities, availability opens at least 5 days in advance.
• check_circleWe recommend booking ahead, especially during peak season.

3. Payments and currencies

We accept payments in Colombian pesos (COP) through our enabled payment gateways (Wompi and Mercado Pago). For additional services such as accommodation, boats, or vehicles, a minimum 50% deposit via bank transfer is required. If you are outside Colombia, we accept Western Union and PayPal.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation policy aims to be fair to both parties:

• check_circle100% refund if you cancel at least 15 days in advance, due to health issues with medical documentation, or adverse weather conditions.
• check_circleNo refund for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations less than 10 days in advance.
• check_circleIf we cancel due to weather or technical failures, the activity is rescheduled or fully refunded.
• check_circleRefund times depend on the payment method: up to 5 calendar days for cash or bank transfer, and up to 20 business days for card payments through the gateway.

5. Liability waiver (water activities)

Love San Andrés experiences include water activities such as diving, snorkeling, paddleboarding, parasailing, and boat tours. By participating you acknowledge the inherent risks of these activities and confirm you are in good health, with no conditions that prevent you from taking part. You agree to follow the guides' instructions and use the provided safety equipment. Love San Andrés is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow these instructions or from participant negligence.

6. User conduct

You agree to use the site lawfully, to provide truthful information when booking, and to respect safety and conduct rules during experiences. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate conduct.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, brands, and designs) is owned by Love San Andrés or its licensors. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of San Andrés, Colombia.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with the corresponding update date.
