Love San Andrés was born from a deep love for the island and a desire to transform tourism into something more conscious. We are a local company that creates experiences designed to connect people with the nature, culture, and unique ecosystems of San Andrés — rooted in respect and education.
Behind this project lies a personal story — a search for a different way: moving from tourism that consumes to tourism that cares, learns, and gives back. Today, that purpose is in action. We have organized environmental clean-up days with local children, activities at the Botanical Garden, and mangrove planting alongside local communities.
We believe in conscious, loving tourism — one that doesn't just visit the island, but understands it, respects it, and contributes to its future.

- You can make your reservation directly on our website, where you'll find a calendar with availability for each activity.
- For high-demand activities (parasailing, sunrise tours), availability opens at least 5 days in advance. For closer dates, reach out via WhatsApp.
- Once payment is made, the platform automatically confirms your booking and sends a digital voucher with all the details and instructions.
- Our WhatsApp channel is available to support you throughout the entire process.
- Tours: full payment via credit/debit card, or installments via bank transfer (Bancolombia, Davivienda, Daviplata, Nequi, Caja Social).
- Other services (accommodation, boats, vehicles): minimum 50% deposit via bank transfer required.
- If you're outside Colombia: Western Union or PayPal.
- Payment links are sent securely. We never request payment through social media.
- Full refund: cancellation at least 15 days in advance, health issues with medical documentation, weather conditions, or technical failures.
- No refund: late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations less than 10 days in advance.
- If cancelled due to weather conditions, the activity will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- We encourage you to contact our team in case of any unforeseen event.
- Cash or bank transfer: 100% refund within 5 calendar days.
- Website (ePayco) – Option 1: direct reversal with ePayco. Full refund. Estimated time: up to 20 business days.
- Website (ePayco) – Option 2: refund through Lovesanandres. Up to 5 calendar days. Transaction costs are deducted.
